WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Fill out the consultation form, which allows for your initial quote to be calculated. This form is detailed to provide you the most realistic quote possible.
  • After you recieve the quote and confirm you would like to move forward with services, you will be sent a link to schedule your consult call. This call is to form a generalized plan and allow for a deposit amount to be set.
  • Once the deposit is paid, Righteous Oak will do a property walkthrough (if applicable) and create a draft plan for you to review.

LOCAL CLIENTS

  • Your plan includes drawings/maps, identified goals, preparation/installation outline, maintenance details, and a general timeline. You have one week to review the plan and propose any changes before work begins.
  • Work will begin after your plan approval. Once work begins, you are expected to pay in full for services. At this time, detailed invoices and planting layouts will be provided.
  • After the work is complete, a two month follow up is included free of charge. This allows for new plants to establish and any problem areas to make themselves known. If there are issues caused by the work Righteous Oak did, we will work to make it right. We cannot control the weather or how well you follow the maintenance plan.
  • Included in your plan, will be a section on how to maintain the services provided. As an added service, Righteous Oak can provide maintenance. Smaller projects are easy to maintain and care for yourself.

VIRTUAL CLIENTS

  • The drafted plan will be edited/finalized and sent to you after services have been paid in full. This plan includes detailed prep, installation, and maintenance instructions to help guide you through the process.
  • Casey will be available to answer questions and give guidance throughout your implementation.
  • After the scheduled timeline has passed, both a two month AND six month follow-up are included free of charge. This allows you to update Righteous Oak and provide feedback on how the plan has been working. You may ask questions, seek additional services, and even request plan updates.
